Heretaunga Boating Club Petone, Lower Hutt, Wellington - Your Local Sailing Club. Heretaunga Boating Club is a dinghy sailing club located on the Petone Foreshore. It is a haven for sailing mad Wellingtonians. The main classes of boat sailed at HBC are Optimist, P Class, Starling, Laser, Sunburst, and Javelin.
